SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Special Requirement: Linguistic skills sufficient for serving effectively as a liaison between Health Department personnel and patients who do not understand English. Special Skills: Must possess great customer service skills and proper phone etiquette.

Qualifications (Minimum): MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Completion of medical school and residency requirements. A minimum of one year professional experience preferably in a public health program or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Board certification through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
