MOBILE, Ala. — Prichard Water Works & Sewer has reported on a Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) that occurred on January 26. The cause of the overflow was a clogged sewer main line.

The SSO occurred at the intersection of South Bessemer Court and West Main Street. The volume lost was estimated to be 2,225 gallons.

The ultimate destination of the SSO was Gumtree Branch. The area has been cleaned and disinfected.

Dr. Bernard H.
