After completing pre-graduate work at Harvard University School of Medicine, Dr. Evans began study at the prestigious Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, while taking classes at Columbia University School of Medicine simultaneously. Dr. Evans served his medical internship and his residency in Internal Medicine at SUNY’s Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York, previous to joining the Mobile County Health Department in 1988.
